Our After-Sales Support Commitment
At Evo-Spirit, we design our electric skateboards to be easily repairable. Our after-sales support workshop is based in Pornichet (Loire-Atlantique), with a team of passionate technicians who know every model. We'll support you whether your electric skateboard is under warranty or not.
How does it work?
- Contact us via the form below, by email (info@evo-spirit.com) or by phone on +33 2 40 22 16 22 (Monday to Friday).
- Remote diagnosis: describe the problem, send photos or videos. Our technicians will identify the cause.
- DIY repair: if the problem is simple, we'll send you the part with a tutorial. Our electric skateboards are designed for this.
- Send to workshop: if a technical intervention is necessary, send us your board. The diagnosis is free.
- Repair and return: we repair and send your electric skateboard back to you.
Please describe the problem precisely and include all necessary information (electric skateboard model, purchase date, order number). This allows us to process your request more quickly.

All our new electric skateboards come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects:

Used / Refurbished Product Warranty
Used or refurbished electric skateboards sold on our site come with a 6-month warranty, with the same coverage as new products (manufacturing defects).
Spare Parts
Our electric skateboards are designed to last. All spare parts are available for up to 10 years after purchase. You can order them directly from our online shop or contact our customer service.
What is not covered by the warranty
The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects. The following are not covered:
- Wear and tear parts: drive belts, tires, wheel rubbers, bearings, grip tape. These elements are subject to regular replacement depending on usage.
- Accidental damage: deck breakage due to a jump or impact, remote control drop, collision.
- Water damage: water infiltration into the controller, battery corrosion due to humidity. Electric skateboards are not waterproof.
- Modifications: any modification to the electric skateboard (firmware, non-original components, customisation) voids the warranty on the affected elements.
- Non-compliant use: overload, use in unforeseen extreme conditions.
- Natural battery wear: intensive use leads to a gradual decrease in capacity. However, if the range drops by more than 30% before the end of the warranty, partial coverage may be considered.
