Who pays for the return?
- You changed your mind (legal right of withdrawal): you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Choose the carrier you like; we recommend a tracked service and we ask you to keep your proof of shipment.
- The item is defective, damaged, not as described, or we sent you the wrong product: the return is at our expense under the legal guarantee of conformity. We send you a prepaid label, or reimburse your postage on proof.
In every case we refund the price of the returned item(s) plus the standard outbound delivery cost you originally paid, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of your proof of shipment).
