The range varies from 20 to 70 km depending on the model and usage conditions. The Cruz V2, equipped with a 36V 7Ah (252 Wh) battery, offers approximately 20 km of range. The Switcher V3, with its removable 36V 10Ah (360 Wh) battery, reaches 30 km in all-terrain configuration and up to 40 km with street wheels. The Xplorer V2, fitted with a 36V 14Ah (504 Wh) battery, covers 30 to 35 km off-road. Factors influencing range include rider weight, elevation, wheel type (pneumatic wheels consume more than street wheels), and the selected power mode. All batteries come with a 2-year warranty and are available as spare parts.

The Evo-Spirit after-sales support workshop is located at 2C avenue du Gulf Stream, 44380 Pornichet (Loire-Atlantique). A team of specialised technicians ensures the repair of all models, both current and older. Original spare parts (motors, batteries, controllers, trucks, decks, wheels) are individually available for up to 10 years after the skate's purchase. For riders who can't visit in person, it is possible to send the board by courier. The average repair time is 3 to 5 working days. All Evo-Spirit models are suitable for beginners thanks to the adjustable power directly on the remote control. The beginner mode limits speed to approximately 15 km/h and softens acceleration, allowing you to get comfortable on the board safely. For primarily urban use and daily commutes, the Cruz V2 (6.5 kg, 83 mm wheels) is recommended for its lightness and manoeuvrability. For mixed city and path use, the Switcher V3 City is the best compromise. The Evo-Spirit team is available by phone to advise each rider based on their profile, terrain, and budget.

All Evo-Spirit electric skateboards are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers the lithium battery, the deck, the motors, and labour. This is twice the minimum legal duration in France. In the event of a breakdown, the Pornichet after-sales support team handles diagnosis and repair. Beyond the warranty, all spare parts remain individually available for at least 10 years, ensuring an extended lifespan for each board. Evo-Spirit is one of the few electric skateboard manufacturers to offer integrated after-sales support and original spare parts for the long term.

Evo-Spirit electric skateboards reach between 25 and 55 km/h depending on the model. The Cruz V2 reaches 25 km/h, ideal for urban travel in compliance with French EDPM regulations which limit electric devices to 25 km/h on public roads. The Switcher V3 goes up to 35 km/h and the Xplorer V2 reaches 55 km/h at its peak. Each board has 3 to 4 power modes selectable from the remote control, allowing you to limit the maximum speed. Eco mode prioritises range, while sport mode unleashes the motor's full power.

Five Evo-Spirit models are designed for all-terrain use, divided into two families. In the longboard family, the Xplorer V2 (6400W, 756 Wh) is equipped with 7-inch pneumatic tires compatible with forest paths, grass, gravel, and sand. The Switcher V3 offers interchangeable street/all-terrain wheels in 10 minutes without tools. In the mountainboard family, the NEXUS Classic and Nexus PRO feature spring trucks and 8-inch tires for maximum control on rough terrain. The Axis Pro (8 000W) is the most powerful model with its top box architecture (battery on top) for maximum ground clearance for freeriding. The Cruz V2 and Switcher V3 City, however, are optimised exclusively for urban use.
