My skateboard won't start: what checks should I perform?

Charge it, wait for the charger to turn green. If charging doesn't work or the skateboard doesn't turn on after recharging, contact customer support.

How do I pair the remote control with the electric skateboard?

For the Xplorer V2 model:

  1. Turn on your skateboard by holding down the power button until the indicator light flashes rapidly.
  2. Then turn on your remote control.
  3. The remote control will enter search mode and automatically pair with the skateboard.
  4. All that's left is to configure the final settings (wheel diameter, gear ratio, etc.).

For other skateboard models with an LCD remote control:

  1. Turn on the skateboard
  2. Turn on the remote control
  3. Hold down the skateboard button until the indicator light flashes.
  4. On the remote control, briefly press both buttons simultaneously to start pairing.
A clicking sound occurs when braking: what's causing it and what should I do?

Check the belt tension and the condition of the sprockets; if these components are worn, replace them. 

Otherwise, contact us, ideally with a video to better diagnose the problem.

When should I change my worn tires?

As soon as the surface of the tires is worn and the tread becomes smooth, we recommend replacing them.
We offer different tire models to suit your riding style and your skateboard.

How do I track my order?

Log in to your Evo-Spirit account, go to the "Order History" tab, and track the progress of your order.
