Charge it, wait for the charger to turn green. If charging doesn't work or the skateboard doesn't turn on after recharging, contact opnemen met de klantenservice.
For the Xplorer V2 model:
- Turn on your skateboard by holding down the power button until the indicator light flashes rapidly.

For other skateboard models with an LCD remote control:

- On the remote control, briefly press both buttons simultaneously to start pairing.
Check the belt tension and the condition of the sprockets; if these components are worn, replace them.
