Charge it, wait for the charger to turn green. If charging doesn't work or the skateboard doesn't turn on after recharging, contactar o serviço de apoio ao cliente.
For the Xplorer V2 model:
- Turn on your skateboard by holding down the power button until the indicator light flashes rapidly.
- Em seguida, ligue o seu controlo remoto.
- The remote control will enter search mode and automatically pair with the skateboard.
- All you'll have left to do is configure the final settings (wheel diameter, gear ratio, etc.).
For other skateboard models with an LCD remote control:
- Ligar o skate
- Ligar o controlo remoto
- Hold down the skateboard button until the indicator light flashes.
- On the remote control, briefly press both buttons simultaneously to start pairing.
Check the belt tension and the condition of the sprockets; if these components are worn, replace them.

As soon as the tire surface is worn and the tread becomes smooth, we recommend replacing them.
