on your Switcher

The 6 steps to changing the belt
Step 1: Remove the protective cover
- Grab a 2.5/3 mm Allen key.
- Remove the two screws holding the cover.
- Caution: check that your screws are in good condition to avoid damaging them.
Step 2: Disassemble the wheel
- Use a 9 mm wrench to unscrew the 4 nuts on the rim.
- Then unscrew the 4 screws on the other side.
- Open the rim into two parts.
- Place spacers, screws, and nuts in a safe place.
Step 3: Remove the wheel
- Use the T-tool supplied with your skateboard.
- Unscrew the nut from the truck axle.
- Be careful not to lose the washers.
- Press the axle with your thumb and turn the wheel.
Step 4: Install the new belt
- Remove the old belt.
- Place the new belt on the motor pulley.
Step 5: Put the wheel back on
- Position the wheel on the truck axle.
- Engage the belt on the wheel pulley.
- Turn the wheel while holding the belt.
Step 6: Final step
- Place the top washer.
- Screw the nut back onto the truck axle.
- Reposition the protective cover.
- Screw it back on firmly to ensure safety.
