On 5 February 2017, during the All Star Perche meeting organised by Renaud Lavillenie, our rider Baptiste Boirie (French team) achieved a world first by clearing 5.71m in the pole vault propelled by a Cross1000 Evo-Spirit.

The Cross1000 is the fastest model in the range (40 km/h) and its Bluetooth remote control has a range of 15m. A colleague manages the acceleration, allowing Baptiste to quickly reach the take-off point and achieve higher jumps.
It's excellent training: he can repeat jumps without run-ups, perfect his technique without overexerting himself physically, and tackle higher bars before trying them in a classic run.
