e-skate Weekend Pornichet 2026

Gathering, ride, and new range: a recap in words and pictures.

Event Recap

Thanks for this Weekend

April 17, 18 and 19, 2026, Pornichet

Three days that flew by in a flash. You were there, in Pornichet, with your boards, your energy, and that desire to share that we see at every edition. And we won't forget it anytime soon. As announced, the e-skate Weekend 2026 delivered on all its promises, and we even have a few surprises in store for later.

We'll tell you everything. But before the full recap, we wanted to say a real thank you. To all the riders who came from all over France and sometimes from even further, to our partners without whom nothing would run. And to the entire on-site team who carried this weekend from start to finish.

Kick-off at Bois-Joalland

Friday in Pornichet, BMX session at Bois-Joalland

First Reunion, First Ride

The welcome at the shop started at 3 PM, time for reunions, introductions, board tests, and initial adjustments. At 5 PM, everyone loaded into cars to head to the Bois-Joalland BMX track in Saint-Nazaire. We followed up with a ride session between the bumps, then a lap around the lake that stretched until the end of the day.

Returning to the campsite for dinner at Camping Le Bel Air marked the first real moment of sharing for the weekend. For those who still wanted to ride, there was a flashlight ride along the seafront. Headlamps, sand, and ride discussions that lasted late into the night.

« The seafront for riders who don't live on the coast, it's legendary. »Rider quote

The Big Day

Saturday in Pornichet, Up to Play karting

Private Karting, Bay Ride, Aperitif

Group departure by skate towards Up to Play at 11:30 AM, the energy from the shop hit the asphalt. The track was privatized for us, so no cars, no hassle, just the track for the group. Everyone found their rhythm, and some rediscovered a taste for speed they hadn't practiced in a long time.

Lunch at the shop allowed us to catch our breath a bit before those who hadn't yet tried the new boards could test them. At 4:30 PM, a group ride along the bay. This moment is our favorite every year, with the sea, the light slowly descending, and the boards flowing together with the group's rhythm.

In the evening, aperitif and food truck burgers at 8:30 PM, then Max on the decks all night. Balance board competitions under the spotlights, challenges between riders, bursts of laughter: it lasted until the early hours.

« I loved it, even if I hadn't realized how necessary AT wheels were. A great discovery with the e-mtbs during the organized rides. »Rider quote

Mountain board in Rouans

Sunday at L.A. Mountain Board Park, Rouans

One Last Session, and the Big Goodbye

A relaxed wake-up at the campsite, last things packed, keys returned. Heading to Rouans, a 45-minute drive, and we arrived at L.A. Mountain Board Park, one of the best terrains of its kind in France. A bit tired from the day before, but motivated. Yvan and Max quickly warmed up and put on demos: airbag jumps, electric jumps, clean lines on the modules. Everyone on the sidelines, phones full of photos and videos.

L.A. Mountain Board Park is the leading mountainboard association in France, based in Rouans (44). Since 2018, Yvan, Maxime, and their team have maintained this terrain with its bumps, jumps, and airbag, and organize courses, workshops, French championships, Girl Camps, and demonstrations there. A true temple of the discipline, and a place where we are always well received.

Giant barbecue at noon, whole logs to feed about twenty hungry riders. Good ride, good fire, good people. The last runs followed one another while discussions continued around the tables. The "see you next years" started flying around, and everyone left at their own pace, with something extra, and the clearly shared desire to do it again.

In the Field

The new 2026 range was tested

First real-world rides

The timing of the weekend was particularly good. Our 2026 range had just been released, and riders were able to get their feet on the new models directly in real conditions, on all the terrains of the weekend. Here are the four boards you encountered on the rides.

Model Power Battery Transmission Architecture
Xplorer V2 Pro 6,000 W Samsung 50S 648 Wh Gear Drive Gold Hybrid
NEXUS 6,400 W 12S Samsung 50S 648 Wh Belt Drive Mountainboard
NEXUS Pro 6,400 W 12S Samsung 50S 648 Wh Gear Drive Gold Mountainboard
AXIS Pro 10,000 W 16S Gear Drive Gold Top box (flagship)

A big thank you to the riders who agreed to test the boards this weekend. We've noted your feedback, we're listening, and some of it will already be used to evolve the models in the coming weeks.

Thank You

To Everyone Who Made This Weekend Happen

Without you, none of this would be possible

We can't mention everyone, and we'll inevitably forget some. But here's what we wanted to say to all the people who made this weekend possible.

« Average score 9.1/10. 100% of riders plan to return in 2027. »Post-event survey results

And thanks also to all those we haven't mentioned. To those who helped behind the scenes. To those who came at the right moment to lend a hand. This weekend was a collective effort at all levels, and that's what made it so strong. That's the Evo-Spirit way.

« The Weekend was just perfect. Well done again to the whole team. »Rider quote
