Since Decree No. 2019-1082, the use of electric skateboards on public roads has been strictly regulated. Evo-Spirit offers all its models in a compliant version, so you can ride legally without compromising on performance.

In built-up areas
- Cycle paths and lanes
- Roads limited to 50 km/h (without a cycle path)
- Pavements: forbidden unless locally authorised
Outside built-up areas
- Greenways and cycle paths: authorised
- Conventional roads: forbidden

Pavements
Riding on pavements is forbidden unless explicitly authorised locally.
Passenger
Single use only. Carrying someone is forbidden.
Headphones
Riding with headphones or a headset is forbidden.
Alcohol / narcotics
Riding under the influence is strictly forbidden and penalised.

Minimum 14 years old
Legal age required to ride on public roads.
Liability Insurance
Mandatory EDPM third-party liability insurance.
