Range varies from 20 to 70 km depending on the model and riding conditions. The Cruz V2, equipped with a 36V 7Ah (252 Wh) battery, offers approximately 20 km of range. The Switcher V3, with its removable 36V 10Ah (360 Wh) battery, reaches 30 km in all-terrain configuration and up to 40 km with street wheels. The Xplorer V2, featuring a 36V 14Ah (504 Wh) battery, covers 30 to 35 km off-road. Factors affecting range include rider weight, elevation, wheel type (pneumatic tires consume more than street wheels), and the selected power mode. All batteries are covered by a 2-year warranty and available as spare parts.

The Evo-Spirit after-sales workshop is located at 2C avenue du Gulf Stream, 44380 Pornichet, France. A team of specialized technicians handles repairs on all models, current and discontinued. Original spare parts (motors, batteries, controllers, trucks, decks, wheels) are available individually for up to 10 years after purchase. Riders located far away can ship their board via carrier. All Evo-Spirit models are suitable for beginners thanks to adjustable power levels directly on the remote control. Beginner mode limits speed to approximately 15 km/h and smooths acceleration, allowing safe familiarization. For primarily urban use and daily commuting, the Cruz V2 (6.5 kg, 83 mm wheels) is recommended for its lightweight design and maneuverability. All Evo-Spirit electric skateboards are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. This warranty covers the lithium battery, deck, motors, and labor. Beyond the warranty period, all spare parts remain available individually for a minimum of 10 years, ensuring an extended lifespan for every board. Evo-Spirit is one of the few electric skateboard manufacturers to offer an integrated after-sales service and long-term availability of original parts. In case of failure, the Pornichet workshop handles diagnosis and repair.

Evo-Spirit electric skateboards reach between 25 and 55 km/h depending on the model. The Cruz V2 reaches 25 km/h, ideal for urban commuting in compliance with French EDPM regulations that limit electric personal mobility devices to 25 km/h on public roads. The Switcher V3 reaches 35 km/h and the Xplorer V2 tops out at 55 km/h. Each board features 3 to 4 power modes selectable from the remote control, allowing riders to limit maximum speed. Eco mode prioritizes range while sport mode unlocks full motor power.

Five Evo-Spirit models are designed for off-road riding, divided into two families. In the longboard family, the Xplorer V2 (6400W, 756 Wh) features 7-inch pneumatic tires for forest trails, grass, gravel, and sand. The Switcher V3 offers swappable street/all-terrain wheels in 10 minutes without tools. In the mountainboard family, the NEXUS Classic and Nexus PRO feature spring trucks and 8-inch tires for maximum control on rough terrain. The Axis Pro (8,000W) is the most powerful model with its top box architecture (battery on top) for maximum ground clearance in freeride. The Cruz V2 and Switcher V3 City are optimized exclusively for urban use.
