The pivot cup is the small polyurethane part housed in the truck, where the kingpin rests. It's a normal wear part that deforms over time and with use. A pivot cup in good condition ensures smooth and precise turning.

Sold as a kit of two to equip one complete double kingpin truck. For a complete board, you'll need two kits.
