This device exceeds 25 km/h by construction; it is not an EDPM. Its use on public roads and places open to the public is strictly prohibited. Use is exclusively reserved for private grounds, approved tracks, or specially adapted areas. Civil liability insurance is mandatory (art. L211-1 of the French Insurance Code).
