<p>This device is not approved for public roads: its speed exceeds 25 km/h by design, and it falls under the category of unregistered motorized vehicles (art. L321-1-1 of the Highway Code). Its use on public roads and places open to the public is strictly prohibited. Use is exclusively reserved for private land, approved circuits, or specially adapted terrain. Mandatory Civil Liability insurance (art. L211-1 of the Insurance Code). Wearing a helmet, gloves, protective clothing, and high-top shoes is mandatory (decree n°2009-911).</p>
