After-Sales Support & Warranty

Electric Skateboard Warranty:
2 Years, Batteries Included

Evo-Spirit guarantees its entire range sold since 2020 for 2 years, including our French-made batteries. Parts and labor are included.

What's Covered

A Comprehensive 2-Year Warranty

📑 Manufacturing Defects

Evo-Spirit covers the cost of replacement parts and labor for any manufacturing defect found. Our skateboards are individually tested at the end of production, making these defects rare.

🔋 French-Made Batteries Included

An Evo-Spirit exclusive: our French-made batteries are covered by a 2-year warranty, just like the rest of the skateboard. This provides comprehensive coverage across our entire range sold since 2020.

Wear Parts

What's Not Covered

Drive Belt

This is a wear part that needs regular replacement depending on your usage. It is not covered by the warranty.

Wheel Rubbers and Tires

These are normal wear parts related to mileage. They are not covered by the warranty.

Deck Breakage

Too high a jump, a bad landing, or extreme use can cause the deck to break. This type of use is not covered, even though our decks are designed to be very resistant.

Remote Control Breakage

A fall can break the plastic casing of the remote control. This type of accidental damage is not covered.

Reduced Range

Intensive use (1 to 2 charges per day) accelerates battery cycle wear. If the range drops by more than 30%, partial warranty coverage will be considered.
