Fast and correct shipping but the bag is nothing special, the straps don't hold.

Top packaging, the material was very well protected and the delivery was fast: order placed on Thursday and received on Tuesday. On the other hand, the tool that was supposed to be in the package wasn't there and I regret the lack of a user manual (especially to know the tightening torques), you have to look for tutorials on the internet which are however quite well done... I recommend Evo Spirit 👍👍

Good product even if the battery only lasted for the warranty period, and then no after-sales service and a price too expensive compared to the skate itself. Then the delivery time was too long when ordering and the seller's behavior at the time was not very commercial, so for me a very mixed experience.

I kind of lost it when I wrote my first comment. I had a few problems and I'm personally unstable. So I'm here to change my comment to simply say that the Evo are good all-terrain skateboards. A bit expensive, but you pay for quality!

Largely satisfied with the product in general for me who is a beginner in skateboarding, the only thing I find a shame is the finish underneath the printed parts... for the price I think it deserves a better finish.

The skateboard is awesome!!! It's very fast, peaks at 45km/h on private property of course. Stability ok Balanced braking Perfect after-sales service!!! They didn't have any more batteries in stock so they lent me one in the meantime, so great, I was able to ride 2 days after ordering. I'm waiting for my new battery. Responsive and friendly Only downside is the waterproofing, no IP label so let's avoid riding on days when the paths are soaked 😁

Hello, I solved the problem of the belts breaking after 100km. I ordered some on a specialized site, wider 15mm instead of 13mm, then removed the washer at the end of the drive gear otherwise it doesn't fit. So now 400km and still not broken. Plus, less maintenance, the grooves get less dirty, even small pebbles don't get lodged in there anymore to cut the belts. Would it be possible to adapt a surfskate system like others do on other brands? Otherwise, very satisfied with the switcher hp, I'm having a blast🤪✌️

I gave it 4 stars because it's a very good skate, just a small problem with the belts that often break and it doesn't like water, but otherwise it's royal, by the way I'd like a small gift like a pair of belts😉

Great company, great brand, great product, and great seller. Just a small downside on the new Cross V4 whose finish and trucks are not top at all!! Thanks anyway to the team for sending me an extra controller, and old model trucks for my V4 ;)
