Switcher HP a magical and incredible machine. Snowboard, wakeboard sensation... Everything becomes a spot, it's huge. if you love riding go for it. Thanks to the after-sales service which is top-notch. Rarely seen that. 1100km in 5 months a few very small problems (belts, motor gears, due to my lack of knowledge) which surprised me at the beginning but there is always an easy solution and it is a technical product which is normal. The real + everything comes apart and goes back together easily on this super skate and I'm terrible at DIY. An original and addictive product. I looooove it. Thanks Evo-Spirit 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🤙🏼😎

Super after-sales service. Even for an old model. They helped me find the breakdown and I received the spare part in 48H as well as the assembly instructions. In short, the TOP of the TOP of electric skates in France, so why look any further.

I also hesitated for a long time about getting a Switcher HP last year and I don't regret my purchase at all, quite the opposite! Quality and robust material, a very responsive and helpful sales manager (Benoit) who answers all your questions, and on top of that, you're supporting a French company! I recently had an issue with a part (after riding almost 500 km), a quick solution was proposed and my problem was solved in no time. And what can I say about the feeling of gliding with this machine, it's really great! A piece of advice: treat yourself, you only live once!!

Parts ordered by phone and/or internet. Responds quickly and thank you Benoit for the advice and instructions on changing the control board (not sure of the exact term for the spare part) and the 2 belts on my Switcher V1. Top-notch after-sales service by phone, I recommend with eyes closed.

Excellent, received my order very quickly, plus their electric skateboards are top-notch.

The skateboard is awesome!!! It's very fast, peaks at 45km/h on private property of course. Stability ok Balanced braking Perfect after-sales service!!! They didn't have any more batteries in stock so they lent me one in the meantime, so great, I was able to ride 2 days after ordering. I'm waiting for my new battery. Responsive and friendly Only downside is the waterproofing, no IP label so let's avoid riding on days when the paths are soaked 😁
