Frankly I have nothing to say it's a 10/10 even more I ordered my used skateboard and frankly INCREDIBLE and I'm not even talking about the quality of the after-sales service which is just exceptional and seeing how I bothered them with my requests I can only salute their kindness and their professionalism. 5 stars without hesitation! Delivered in 24h, the Curve V4 I ordered is incredibly pleasant to handle. It already never leaves my side and I can only recommend it to all beginners who want to get started (that was my case). I had a friend try it who is wondering if he's not going to buy one too XD

Parts ordered by phone and/or internet. Responds quickly and thank you Benoit for the advice and instructions on changing the control board (not sure of the exact term for the spare part) and the 2 belts on my Switcher V1. Top-notch after-sales service by phone, I recommend with eyes closed.

Good product even if the battery only lasted for the warranty period, and then no after-sales service and a price too expensive compared to the skate itself. Then the delivery time was too long when ordering and the seller's behavior at the time was not very commercial, so for me a very mixed experience.

Hello Evo-Spirit team, I am very satisfied with the Switcher HP, it runs very strong in pro mode. I get the same sensations as on my snowboard, I recommend it. Instructions for re-tightening the belts in the user manual would be a plus, as well as for the installation of the hook.

Very good advice following a defective and old (5 years) remote on an electric skateboard with a search for a compatible model and a synchronization procedure for the skateboard/new remote. In 48 hours the problem was solved: Advice / purchase / delivery / synchronization. Just perfect.

What a team! I had technical contact for my old Switcher V1 and they helped me solve the problem and I had a second contact with the sales representative for an Xplorer. They are all very friendly while remaining professional with quality equipment! I highly recommend 👍🏼

Super skate, hyper pleasant. A bit heavy, but as a result very stable with less risk of falling. The after-sales service is top-notch. Defective battery and wheels ordered by mistake exchanged without difficulty and the shipping is extremely fast. Thanks to the whole Evo-Spirit team.

I kind of lost it when I wrote my first comment. I had a few problems and I'm personally unstable. So I'm here to change my comment to simply say that the Evo are good all-terrain skateboards. A bit expensive, but you pay for quality!

Great company, great brand, great product, and great seller. Just a small downside on the new Cross V4 whose finish and trucks are not top at all!! Thanks anyway to the team for sending me an extra controller, and old model trucks for my V4 ;)

Easier to handle than I thought and what made me buy this skate over another brand was the very responsive and good after-sales service. The best!!! Too bad my Evo spirit stickers didn't stick, they must have gotten damp.

I bought an Evo for my son and the after-sales service is top-notch! They follow up on your problem and do what needs to be done (defective battery), a quick and then definitive solution was found! Hats off! The skateboard has been riding great for three years! I highly recommend it.

Top skate! You get the snowboard feeling, exactly what I was looking for. Young and old love it. The only tiny downside is that the grip is really very abrasive to the point of damaging your hands when you carry the board. I recommend it to those who are hesitating.

I just sold a skate that was 12 years old. I doubt that most other brands have such longevity. I hope to be able to buy another one quickly. A small detail, you can call and someone answers, gives information, and all in French.
