Customer Reviews Evo-Spirit

Super after-sales service. Even for an old model. They helped me find the breakdown and I received the spare part in 48H as well as the assembly instructions. In short, the TOP of the TOP of electric skates in France, so why look any further.

A big thank you for your very responsive and high-quality after-sales service. At Evo-spirit, customer support for both information and parts changes is very complete and really precise. I recommend this shop, where passionate pros answer you simply and kindly. Bravo to you all and thanks again to Greg.

Already two orders placed. Delivered on time every time. Nothing to complain about.

Thanks to Benoît from Evo Spirit who is really great for after-sales service, always available for good technical advice...🔧 I recommend it 100%, you can buy Evo Spirit products with your eyes closed.

I also hesitated for a long time about getting a Switcher HP last year and I don't regret my purchase at all, quite the opposite! Quality and robust material, a very responsive and helpful sales manager (Benoit) who answers all your questions, and on top of that, you're supporting a French company! I recently had an issue with a part (after riding almost 500 km), a quick solution was proposed and my problem was solved in no time. And what can I say about the feeling of gliding with this machine, it's really great! A piece of advice: treat yourself, you only live once!!

Parts ordered by phone and/or internet. Responds quickly and thank you Benoit for the advice and instructions on changing the control board (not sure of the exact term for the spare part) and the 2 belts on my Switcher V1. Top-notch after-sales service by phone, I recommend with eyes closed.

Provider highly recomended. Full vibes

Very professional team. Top-notch gear.

Super after-sales service! Very responsive

Excellent, received my order very quickly, plus their electric skateboards are top-notch.

I'm deliberately taking the time to write a review of the switcher hp I bought in April. I had a hard time making up my mind given the price. For those who are hesitating, get it. It's just a treat for anyone who likes to slide sideways, pure bliss. An almost endless electric wave. I ride it whenever I can, with a smile on my face. I still have this feeling on a good surface of being on an Overboard and gliding. And finally an EXCELLENT after-sales service, the little I had to resort to but Essential, I bless myself for having chosen a French company, efficient with involved people. Long live Evo spirit. I can't wait to try the evolution of this board. Thanks to the whole team. And bravo again.

Super accessible team, very responsive both on the phone and by email. Personalizes customer care even for small spare parts.

Very good communication when the HP was sent... well received on time. Very satisfied with the product, thank you and can't wait to ride and do evo Spirit proud THE BEST

I think they are number 1 in the electric skateboard field. I've had 3 electric skateboards from different brands and I'm convinced that the best one is the one I bought from Evo-Spirit.

Quick response and availability. I am very satisfied

Top skate! You get the snowboard feeling, exactly what I was looking for. Young and old love it. The only tiny downside is that the grip is really very abrasive to the point of damaging your hands when you carry the board. I recommend it to those who are hesitating.

Evo Switcher HP 14 a.h convertible bought, immediately adopted, it's the atomic bomb.

Very satisfied with the speed and professionalism of the brand. I had a charging problem with my DL 100 scooter charger, the problem was solved very quickly with the sending of a new charger. Excellent responsiveness from Bruno who is very attentive to his customers. Thank you. Philippe Landat

As soon as I received it (in 24 hours) I tried out my curve V4 for a long 20 km ride! Great sensations and a product with quality finishes.
