Discover Girls Power & Slides in Rouans, a unique event to discover board sports, including electric skateboards thanks to Lokorn 286's mobile station!
WHAT IS GIRLS POWER & SLIDES?
It's a FREE event dedicated to girls, centered on board sports. Discover or rediscover a variety of activities, a participatory photo exhibition, outdoor video screenings, plus an evening concert and DJ, all in an idyllic setting.
THE PROGRAM:
– Mountainboard – all afternoon (from 6 years old) with French champions present
– All-terrain electric skateboard – 6 rides of 25 min around our site (from 12 years old)
– Stand Up Paddle – ride on La Blanche river with departures every hour (minors must be accompanied)
– SurfSkate – all afternoon on the road upstream from the field
– Yoga – 3 one-hour sessions in the afternoon
– Slackline – fun zone accessible to everyone
The evening will feature film screenings and concerts:
"Emergées" – 30min documentary about Moroccan surfers, presented by the directors (Charlène Dosio and Isabelle Hautefeuille) / 10:30 PM – "Shadow" – 26min documentary about 5 passionate skiers and snowboarders (directed by Juliane Grosdidier, GIRLS UP collective)
Rap concert by the 6 rappers from XXFly collectif / 11 PM – 2 AM DJ evening by the Nantes-based Fast & Furieuses collective
