What is the real range of the Switcher V3?

Range varies by battery: 15-20 km with Standard 7.5 Ah and 25-30 km with High capacity 14 Ah. Terrain, rider weight and riding mode affect these values.

Is the Switcher V3 suitable for beginners?

Yes! It's one of our most recommended models for beginners. The Eco mode limits power for gentle learning. The intuitive remote and stable deck make it easy to pick up.

What's the difference between Bamboo and Carbon deck?

The Bamboo & Fiberglass deck is more flexible, absorbing vibrations better for a comfortable ride. The Bamboo & Carbon deck is stiffer and more responsive, ideal for riders who want more snap. Weight difference is 300g.

Are the puncture-proof wheels really puncture-proof?

Yes, the 6-inch puncture-proof wheels are solid foam. Impossible to puncture, even on glass or thorns. The trade-off: they're slightly less comfortable than pneumatic wheels on very rough terrain.

What is the warranty?

2 years full warranty: battery, board, motors and labor included. Service is handled in our workshop in Pornichet, France. Spare parts remain available for 10 years.

Is there a road-legal (EDPM) version?

Yes, the EDPM version is available. Limited to 25 km/h, it complies with French regulations for legal use on public roads, cycle paths and authorized areas.

Can the Switcher V3 go in reverse?

Yes! Reverse is activated from the remote. Handy for tight maneuvers or U-turns in confined spaces.
