Founded in 2008, Evo-Spirit established itself as a pioneering brand in electric skateboards in France. The adventure began with the vision of Greg Nicholls, an engineer and riding enthusiast inspired by the iconic film “Back to the Future”, dreaming of creating a skateboard that moves on its own. This ambition gave birth to Evo-Spirit, a brand dedicated to innovation and performance in electric mobility.
Continuous Evolution
From its origins, Evo-Spirit embraced innovation with passion, constantly expanding its range to meet riders' expectations for electric skateboards, including electric longboards and all-terrain electric skateboards. The brand's evolution reflects its ambition to diversify and perfect its offering, combining reliability, lightweight design, and performance.
From the first Cross to 2025 models: A story of continuous innovation in electric skateboarding
La marque a connu un réel succès avec les modèles Cross de 2008 à 2018, proposant des versions variées allant du Cross v1 Chain au Cross1000 v4 Brushless, ainsi que d’autres modèles emblématiques tels que le Street, le Curve et le Cruz.
Then came the era of the Switcher in 2018, with its High Power version featuring 8-inch all-terrain wheels, like the Switcher HP v1 and v2. In 2023, the Cruz v2 marked a new turning point for urban and all-terrain riders looking for a more accessible format.
In 2024, Evo-Spirit confirmed its innovative spirit with the launch of the Switcher V3 et du Xplorer V1, two models praised for their power, versatility, and robustness. In early 2025, the release of the Xplorer V2 reinforced this momentum, with notable improvements in range, power, and riding comfort.
Currently, the team is actively working on developing the Cruz V3, a model in prototyping designed to push the boundaries of the compact format while maintaining the Evo-Spirit DNA: performance, reliability, and riding pleasure.
